Therapy Peanut Balls are an excellent way to improve core strength and can help to build all types of strength, flexibility and balance. The peanut shape means this therapy ball can only move in two directions on the one plane, such as forward and backward but not side to side which provides greater stability than a round ball. They are a great support tool for people who struggle with:
